What do I need to get a document notarized?

Every signer must physically appear, be coherent, and present acceptable ID at the time of notarization.
COMPLETELY FILL IN ALL BLANK SPACES IN DOCUMENT before the notary arrives.
DO NOT SIGN document until you are in the presence of the notary.

What is acceptable identification?

State Driver’s License/State ID
State Visa/Green Card
U.S. Military ID card
U.S. Passport• Foreign Passports
Inmate ID card
**** All identification Cards must be within 3 years of expiration

What services do you offer as a mobile notary?

We offer a wide range of services as a notary public. See Services Page.

Do you provide witnesses if needed for notarization?

Yes, We can provide witnesses for an additional fee.

Do I need to make an appointment in advance?

Yes, scheduling appointments are essential in order to ensure the notarization is executed smoothly, efficiently, and conveniently. We ask for at least a 3 hour window to ensure the best service.

Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?

Yes, we offer evening and weekend services. In addition, we are able to provide services outside of our normal business hours on a case by case basis for clients who may have unusual circumstances for an additional fee.
